Tasting Notes
Fresh green apple and honey melon, with a light sea breeze salinity and faint wisps of smoke.
Juicy honeyed apple and cinnamon pastry sweetness, creamy mouthfeel with a gentle vanilla custard richness. Just enough peat (1ppm) to add depth without dominating.
Medium length. Lingering warmth of a distant campfire, subtle fruitiness fading into clean malt and a whisper of smoke.
