Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet and mellow with soft tropical fruit, ripe plum, and gentle sherry influence. A touch of citrus and vanilla from the bourbon casks.

Palate

Rich, full, and thick with layers of dried fruit, toffee, and warm spice. The 50% ABV gives it excellent structure without being hot. Bourbon cask sweetness and sherry richness weave together seamlessly.

Finish

Long and warming with lingering dried fruit, gentle oak tannins, and a hint of dark chocolate.

How to Enjoy

Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the sherry richness. Also works well on the rocks.
