Ohishi Whisky Sherry Cask
大石ウイスキー シェリーカスク
About
A unique Japanese whisky made from rice rather than barley, produced by the Ohishi family in Kumamoto. Aged in sherry casks. While technically a rice based spirit aged in wood, its classification and JSLMA compliance as "whisky" is debatable since Japanese whisky regulations focus on malted grain.
