Niigata Kameda Distillery uses 2000L Forsyths pot stills. Founded by Ohtani Inc., originally a personal seal maker. Aims for terroir driven whisky using Niigata's snow country climate with aging warehouses spread from mountains to coast. Plans to use 100% Niigata grown barley.
