Tasting Notes
Coastal smoke, earthy peat, hints of green apple and vanilla, with a maritime quality.
Medium bodied with clean peat smoke, toasted rice, light fruit sweetness, and a balanced smokiness that is approachable without losing character. The ZEMON cast pot still influence shows through in the smoky malt.
